Children's Ministries
We consider this partnership with families in the task of caring for and training their children to be of great importance.

We offer you an ever-expanding ministry that takes place each week: Sunday morning during our service time and weeknight evenings during the school year. We also have special events held at certain times of the year like our annual Vacation Bible School during the summer.

Nursery
A well-equipped, supervised Nursery is available with a friendly volunteer staff to look after babies under one year of age, during the Service. The Nursery is located on the lower level at the Queen Street end of the main building. Access may be gained by entering from the courtyard entrance and following the corridor to the lower hall.

Children and Youth Classes
Children and Youth ages four through high school join us for the initial part of the Worship Service and then go to an age-graded program for ages 1 through high school. Most of these classes follow a pre-set curriculum published by a well-known multi-denominational organization.

Kidz Church
On Sunday we seek to provide a broad-based learning opportunity for children aged 1 through high school that runs concurrently with the Sunday Service of Worship. This program runs according to the academic year with a Kickoff Sunday launching the school year on the second Sunday of September. Graduation Sunday concludes the year's program activities in mid-June. During the summer school vacation period, we attempt to provide an open-concept play-learning activity for children up to grade five.

Our Sunday Children's Ministry begins with children and youth of all ages joining their families in the main auditorium for the initial part of our Service of Worship. This segment of the Service is primarily musical and consisting of contemporary praise selections and high congregational participation. On occasion, there is a Dialogue with the young or a special lesson for the children before they leave for their own program.

Our Sunday Children's Ministry has three departments according to ages and grades in school.

b) Primary Department - Our elementary department includes Toddlers through Grade 5 with classes grouped according to age and grade. When the children leave the main auditorium, they go first to an open program in the lower hall and then to their classes. Our elementary department uses a published curriculum produce by a non-denomination organization. In 2005-2006, our Children's Ministry began using the GROUP cirriculum.
The children have been enjoying a FLIPT on every third Sunday of the month.

c) Senior Department & Youth - Our senior department includes Jr. High and High School youth who meet in the gymnasium auditorium. Their program is independently developed by the teacher-leaders of each class.
